The Child Development Centre and the Cystic Fibrosis Society partner up to host the Annual Gift Wrap Booth in the Prince Centre Mall. The Child Development Centre started gift wrapping many years ago in the Parkwood Mall when we ran the Pictures with Santa Booth, until our move to the Pine Centre Mall. This is a visible opportunity to promote the services of both organizations and a regular fundraiser that provides a service to the community. |
| This is a major
fundraiser for the Child Development Centre and we enjoy seeing the
customers smiling when they pick up their beautiful presents to take
home.
Customers are welcome to bring in their presents, drop them off at the booth and pick them up before the end of the day. The Gift Wrap Booth is setup by Child Development Centre Coordinators and manned by dedicated community volunteers: students from local high schools, service groups and staff from local businesses. |

Volunteers are the backbone of the Gift Wrap booth; the creativity that each volunteer brings with them, sharing skills and knowledge, and the friendships that are made during the holiday season.
